LZJM Key members of the team have more than 30 years of experience in R&D and manufacture,and in charge of national key projects for many years,broken many foreign monopolies in key areas,solved many major national special bearing technical problems,developed and manufactured dozens of special bearings.

LZJM R&D center has the capability to independently design, develop, and manufacture various of high precision bearings.

In recent years, LZJM has successfully developed a series of high precision bearings, including precision slewing bearings for special equipment , smart precision bearings for radio telescopes and astronomical telescopes, thin wall and wire race CT machine bearings, precision machine tool bearings, and large-diameter thick-section split spherical roller bearings for converter ear axles. The main technical index of these products have reached international advanced levels.LZJM has obtained 3 invention patents, 30 utility model patents, and 6 software copyrights, and has been recognized as a national high-tech enterprise, a "specialized, refined, unique, and innovative" enterprise in Henan Province and Luoyang City. We have established an industry-university-research cooperation base with Henan University of Science and Technology, a pilot base for high-end bearings with the Bearing Research Institute of Shanghai University.

LZJM has precision bearing production lines and special production lines for CT machine bearings, including CNC vertical lathes, CNC vertical grinding machines, CNC horizontal grinding machines, CNC surface grinding machines, CNC super finishing machines, CNC gear shaping machines, CNC quenching machines, CNC drilling and milling machines, stabilization furnaces, etc., as well as various advanced testing, inspection, and experimental instruments such as vertical and suspension magnetic particle flaw detectors, ultrasonic flaw detectors, large-scale demagnetizers, profilometers, test frames, etc., and constant temperature assembly rooms, noise rooms, etc. It can meet the full-process processing and quality assurance of testing from raw material to finished product assembly.
