Ultra-high precision large-size non-standard thrust ball bearings passed the acceptance inspection successfully

Luoyang,China,7 August 2024：Recently, the ultra-high precision large-size non-standard thrust ball bearings developed by LZJM Precision Bearing have successfully came off the production line and passed the acceptance of users. This marks another solid step on the road of localization of LZJM Precision Bearings in replacing high-precision and large-size imported products.

A domestic user needs to replace the original imported bearing for repairing a large CNC vertical lathe machine tool.The imported bearing model is F-570970 of Schaeffler Group,which requires thickness variation of the shaft ring and seat ring to be less than or equal to 0.012. Due to the expensive import price of this product, the user chooses LZJM Precision Bearing for customized production. After more than two months of unremitting efforts, the product was finally successfully launched and accepted, the indicators fully meet the standards and far exceed the industry standard, which also saves a lot of money for the user.
